I didn't blog yesterday for multiple reasons:
1. It was snowing...nonstop...for over 12 hours at least.
2. I had to shovel that snow
3. I was ticked that I 'officially' had Physics yesterday at 8am, but LC canceled the afternoon classes...idiots
4. I was just feeling lazy, and I took naps throughout the day
Let me elaborate on reason 3 for a few minutes. Were the conditions better at 12 than at 8? There was probably an additional 3 or 4 inches of snow at 12, but still, the roads SUCKED no matter what time of the day it was. Did they get enough people complaining about having class that they just decided to cancel? WHAT THE HECK WERE THEY THINKING HAVING CLASS AT 8AM IN THE MORNING?!?! It makes no sense...I wonder how any lawsuits they could have on their hands for students getting in car accidents on their way to school...*ponders*.
I was pleasantly surprised that my 11am class was canceled. My poor professor lives out in the Lakeland area. That would be awful to drive so far in that nastiness.
What else is there to rant about...?
!!!More snow stuff!!! OK, does it make sense for 2 people with snow blowers, living on opposite sides from my house, to snow blow the sidewalk, but once they get to my driveway, they don't "connect the lines" of what they snow blew separately? I was outside shoveling for 2 HOURS, and the idiots with snow blowers waited until AFTER I had shoveled to do anything themselves. Now is the time to give shout out to "Jim from down the street" who snow blowed what I hadn't shoveled the first time, and also to the people who helped my 81 year old grandma clean everything off her driveway and side walks. It looks like good neighbors aren't all gone.
Let's see...anything else? Willy Wonka makes everything better, and IMDB makes it more interesting. Seeing various wires, learning that none of the actors besides Veruca Salt has acted after Willy Wonka, some of the scenes took 40 or 50 takes, the somersault was the only thing that had to be in the contract for Gene Wilder to do the part, and the Third Doctor from Doctor Who was the #1 choice for the part of Willy Wonka but was too busy fighting rogue aliens on Doctor Who.
I'm just gonna go suffer through class the rest of the day dreading the drive home.

Procrastination Sucks...some of the time
As I've already stated in previous posts, I'm writing this in the library at college between classes.
I tried my best to not procrastinate so far this semester...but I've already failed at that. I let stuff build up and now I didn't get my Arabic homework done. Oh well, the professor loves me, so I should be able to get off this time. I was gonna work on my Civilizations assignment that requires reading from the book, which I don't have. The library has most of the textbooks required for classes able to be checked out in two hour blocks. The assignment is about Christopher Columbus...and the assigned reading for the week is about China, Korea, and Japan, and mentions NOTHING of Columbus. I'm gonna have to wing it...again.
Anyway, back to procrastination. I had a whole weekend where I did nothing that I should have. I at least read all of my English so my crazy but amazing professor won't hate me. Probably the 5 most boring hours of my life...nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, clauses, phrases, comma splices, sentence fragments, present participles, gerunds...just to name a few. What else did I do...Physics homework of course: reading a chapter and some online assignments, uh...I blew off International Studies again-I need to read 2 "Issues," aka Chapters, and a recommended reading from the 07-08 U.S. Foreign Policy, I blew off Arabic the worst though-6 Drills, 50 sentences, and at least 30 vocab words to memorize for a quiz today.
Remember kids, procrastination is wrong...JUST SAY NO!!!
I'm really gonna need to plan out April when it comes to assignments. In the last week, I have 4 papers, 3 tests, and the Conference Championship Tournament that weekend...not fun.

Well, this one was short...I might write again later...but I can't think of anything else right now.

Ahead of Schedule
Last night was GREAT!!! I got Rosencrantz and Guildenstern early...they're SOOOOO adorable. Anyway, I think I rambled enough about my pets yesterday.
I'm currently sitting in the college library bored out of my mind for the next hour and a half. Physics went well this morning, we're still talking about velocity, graphs in general, and the different ways to go from one graph to the next. Basics, it's not like I've done that same ting for the past 2 years or anything. I just printed out my first assignment for Civilizations 2 and the outline for today's lecture. The assignment is about Columbus writing some letter to the king, and the lecture is over more Reformation stuff. Sitting to my left I have my Handbook for Writers, which is where I get to learn how everyone SHOULD write and speak, but out of ignorance chose not to. Did I forget to mention that I forgot my cell phone AND wallet at home this morning? Well, I did...and I feel lost without them.
I'm apparently a very boring person, all I ever talk about are my pets and college.
AH HA!!! I've thought of something!!!
My Friends:
I'm gonna start with the ones following my blog: Kali, Kelly, and Jessica.
Kali: She's the only one out of our posse that decided to take the big step and go away to college, at Wittenberg, about 3 hours away. We chat EVERY night for hours sometimes until I decide to be a kill-joy and go do some homework or go to bed at 10:30, which is earlier than last semester. The strange thing is...we talk more when she's at Witt than we do when she's in town...strange indeed. She's definitely the one that I confide in the most, and I like to think it's reciprocated proportionately. Wow...that was a nerd moment, but at least I have a good explanation: Physics about an hour ago. I think that's all I have to say for now.
Kelly: I met her through Kali since the two are pretty much inseparable when they're together (I hope that makes sense). She wasn't in band, or choir, or ROTC, but I try to not hold it against her :D. She works at the library and goes to the same college, but we don't see each other anymore in the hallways :'(.
Jessica: I met her through Kali through marching band. If Kali wasn't involved I probably would never had talked to Beaty (no offense), she was a drummer, and I NEVER usually talk to drummers (with the exception of 2, including her). I think Kali is closest to her out of anyone.
Now to my non-following friends: J-Bob, Jessica, Aimee, Stephanie, Kelsey, and I think that's all I'm gonna hit on for now.
J-Bob: Unfortunately, I still have NO idea how to spell her first name. Some friend I am right? We met playing soccer, I think she was friends with Sarah Brattolli *shudder* and we've been friends ever since. She's the only other drummer that I talked to on a regular basis in band, and she was the clicker senior year, which rocked *Runion Rock On*. She's very shy around people she doesn't know, but once she knows you, look out...she can be a little hyper and crazy.
Jessica: Yes, I know, another Jessica...this time it's Prowant. We met through band, at band camp, sophomore year...we roomed with Holly Swabb. I originally didn't want to be friends with her because of Holly (which in hindsight is a really bad reason), but we bonded over camp. We have a class together here at college so i definitely see her the most.
Aimee: Another friend I met through Kali. She works at McDonalds and is probably one of the weirdest people I've ever met...in a good way though. I'm not that close to here, but I'd like to get to know her more.
Stephanie: We go to the same college, live across town, but never see each other. We also met through band...gotta love the "band family," all of my good friends I met there. Surprisingly we're into a lot of the same things, and she's as much of a RENThead as I am. Once again i would like to know her better.
Kelsey: We probably met 7 or 8 years ago, at least, at her church. My grandma goes to the same one, and I helped at the VBS a couple of years. Kelsey found one of my runaway munchkins. She was also in band and choir, so we're relatively close. I don't get to see her at all except for choir or band events that i go to.
I hope I didn't offend anyone, I don't think I wrote anything offensive or too personal. I think that's all for now. I'm gonna sit her, listen to YouTube, occasionally check on facebook, while reading about the whole grammar thing.
OH!!! I almost forgot!!! I'm gonna find a quote of the day, whether it be inspirational, funny, off the wall, whatever.
Inspired by my recent class, and memories of Secaur:
“I think physicists are the Peter Pans of the human race. They never grow up and they keep their curiosity.”

Wow...My First EVER Blog
OK...where to start...
Let me first explain the title for those Literature savvy people on the web. I'm going to be getting two new rats, both are boys, and I was watching the Reduced Shakespeare Company's version of Hamlet via YouTube while thinking of names. Since they did not cover the relationship between Hamlet and Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, I remembered them from my AP English class (shout out to Mr. Raber) when we read Hamlet.
Staying with the animal theme, I also have two guinea pigs: Mercury and Mars, brother and sister. Here's the backstory: when my family first got guinea pigs, one of my brothers named his Saddurn (sounds like the planet, but is not spelled the same). Ever since then, I've named my guinea pigs after planets...unless I already had a planet-named guinea pig. Let's see...who have I already had...Rebecca, Harriet Geraldine Bavarian (Rebecca's daughter), Saddurn, General, and Stupid (the animal was as dumb as a rock, she was originally named Nibbles), Pluto, Maximillian Sterling, Kirby and Venus, and currently Mercury and Mars. We also got 4 gerbils: Snickers, Stubby (she had 3 paws and a stub), Buttered Toast Thing, and Oreo (our only male). long story short, we ended up with at least 28 gerbils at one time. I can not forget to mention the three rats that I've already had: Pepper aka Pepe L'Pew, Marty and Doc (inspired from Back to the Future).
Back to more pressing matters, well, pressing isn't the word, but more recent. College.
I'm an Arts Major (technically) with an emphasis on International Relations. Well, I've got class at 8am every single day. Monday through Thursday I've got a two hour break between classes, which I'll probably spend here now filling whoever reads this in on my boring life. Physics, Civilizations II, International Studies II, Arabic II, and College Composition II. Oh, so exciting. I'll probably think of more to write about tomorrow when I'm sitting bored out of my mind in the college library.
I hope this blog went relatively well.
